New Board member
New Board memberSara Elford is a very bright and logical thinker that should add some much needed capital markets advice to this very unimpressive board. She is a steady hand that hopefully can offer push back to the bully in the room (Rumble) who has had his way at the table now for far too long. I feel that Sara will add a new voice of reason and will provide the company with sound advice. I think this is a very solid addition to the team and one that is very, very overdue. There is at least one board member that now needs to be replaced (the CEO's seat) and a few that we can just eliminate. I am hoping that sara can sit on the compensation committee because salaries and comp packages at this company need to be realigned.
