Votes5.5 M shares or 21.28% of the votes were witheld for Rumble. This is an extremely high number of shares that do not want Rumble on this board and likely don't want him to be the CEO of this train wreck any longer. This is the second straight year this has occured. If and when there are shareholder class action suits the board will have to address why they were so hesitent to listen to its shareholders given the very above average 'withheld' votes against RR. This is negligence at its best. This guy has to go already. He's arrogant, pompous and incompetent. And allegedly guilty of selling his shares at $3 with insider information.
