You obviously did not attend the meeting otherwise you would realize your prediction is pie in the sky.
Accordind to MR. Rumble, we are not to expect the remaining VP4s to be all sold/installed and paid for sometime in 2020. Management is fully aware of the possibility of running out of Cas$ (not you). In an answer to a question from a (attending) shareholder about the eventual financial situation, Mr. Rumble indicated that they were working on solutions that will ensure business will continue.
My opinion: TSO3 must be sold to the highest bidder while it is still time. We do not have a sales force or a credible one that will convince prospects to buy from us... unless FDA and others make sterilization compulsory.
I wish your predictions were based on verifiable facts, but...
