There is an association from the past between Rumble and past Cantel management, in that Rumble was President of Medivators and helped to turn that business around just prior to their acquisition by Cantel. So there is a history of leadership being competitors who have known each other well over the years. However, it is very notable that at Cantel leadership is all new very recently, including the CEO (3 mo), CFO (1 mo), COO (1 mo), Pres Canada / Asia (3 mo), and Chief Scientific Officer (7 mo) (to name a few) in the past months, tasked with turning that company's fortunes around. I believe Cantel also may have lost a couple of their sales people earlier this year to TSO3. So new management at Cantel might very well be interested in TSO3 as an excellent fit to their increasing concentration in the infection control industry, particularly in the growing low temperature sterilization niche, either as a distribution partner or an outright owner of the VP4 patents and technology. There is a rumour on the street that Cantel has their dialysis division of Medivators on the block to sell (?valued 200-300 M). Wonder what they'll do with all that money?
