Timely disclosure of quarterly statements

Timely disclosure of quarterly statementsWe are August 9th.  Monday will be August 12th.

The filing deadline for quarterly financial statements is within 45 days of the end of Q2, that is August 14th!

Either they have a severe problem, or they don't care about inviting their investors' population to attend a cc or watch for an incoming press release!

Our IR person must be real busy.
