TSO3 will be in default if it is delisted from the TSX, or fail to comply with laws and regulations or that sort of thing. Unless you read the fine print of their loan agreements, we do not know if the simple fact of missing the publishing deadline creates an event of default but, for sure, it is at least getting close to it.
So this is why RR and GK should do their best to avoid being late in publishing their Q2. Therefore, it is difficult to understand why they have not yet announced that they will release Q2 numbers on August ??. One reason for failing to do this is that they do not have a clue about the release date because they are seeking a waiver to avoid releasing financial statements that would disclose that they are in default. I do not state that they are in default, merely that it is a possibility.
