Re VoteI will be voting no to accepting the agreement. The agreement only rewards the ones that are responsible for where we are today, the Board of Directors, management and TSO3 employees. Each have a certain level of responsibility with in the company and failed to act. I as a shareholder would rather lose it all then send a message that rewards the ones that failed TSO3.
