Yes the way Rumble has got the buyout structured, it basically a lock for Stryker ---- even suggests that if you vote it down the company goes bankrupt.   So I agree arbitrage guys not a slam dunk. I think next week will be very telling if no bid appears before the vote.... Rumble wants this deal so bad for himself, that he has put a gun to the shareholders head ... vote for it or lose everything. The best thing that could come out of it is if another buyer appeared and stryker does not get it ...and Rumble plays with himself on his horse ranch.
