I hope I am right, but I don't think dillution will be THAT bad.

3,125,000 warrants at 0.25 cents expire on June 30, 2010.

I imagine John will replace this amount with a private placement at say 0.14 cents for roughly $400,000.00.

Sell some QMI and NOX for another $200,000.00. (NOX is about to be taken over John in my opinion - don't sell yet).

$600,000.00 should tide THR over until AMC gets the ore processed and over to the mint for Lake Pellieter in late 2010.

Also, if I was reading correctly, and someone please check, I think AMC has a bunch of ore from Lake Pellieter still stockpiled on site that has not been processed and therefore this NSR cash has not made it to THR yet. That might be another $100,000.00. They processed 3,000 oz of gold but there is stuff laying beside the shack waiting for the mill?!?!? 

I think this upcoming "financing" is a stop gap measure........just my thought, pure speculation. I thought we would be at 40-50 cents by now.........I am completely wrong a lot of time.

PS - was talking with some analysts and they looked at THR for me as a favor. Their opinion is the deposit has promise, worried about the depth of ore, but need to have updated calculation for 43-101 or whatever. I guess when you are playing with other people's money the boss' won't let you drop a million without something written to back up the resource. I thought this was Vegas?
