Subject: Drilling Whalesback and Little Deer?

Good morning John

Hope the holidays were not to stressing.lol

Was wondering how drilling is going on the Whalesback and if we can expect results soon.

Also John when drilling starts on Little Deer will you be using 2 drills or 1 and do you have a rough idea when this may start?

As per your NR on financing do you plan on drilling the Lebel property and the Stirling this winter or will you wait for summer?

Thanks John

We finished a couple of shallow holes on Whalesback before Xmas and just started back drilling yesterday after the Xmas break. Don’t anticipate having any release until we finish at least a couple more holes on Whalesback – three weeks.

We intend to complete most of our initial Whalesback program before we do too much at Little Deer. If our ideas at Whalesback turn out --- we should be able to generate shallow, cheaper tonnes at Whalesback. When we start back at Little Deer we will use two drills –either two at Little Deer or more likely one at Whalesback and one at Little Deer.

We would like to drill Lebel this winter with the Stirling later this summer – we still have more field work to do at Stirling even though we have three – four good targets already.

John
