Reverse split next week
I would be carefull being long going into next friday's reverse split(no problem for day trade) but. 1,000 at 5. don't always translate in to 100 at 50.$

I just found this... https://sixfigureinvesting.com/2013/08/tvix-reverse-split/ I knew it would happen around the $4 level just didn't know when. No announcement? Or did I miss it. Anyone else know about this? LongGuy

Aware of this, thanks for sharing with the board. Nothing guaranteed. Note JNUG 2016, reverse split occurred and ran plus 15x in value. You are correct, most post splits of equity shares do fall after a split. Potential hidden costs on Tvix so great heads up. Cheers Manx

Probably best to sell all tvix before end of next week and rebuy after split. That is what I have done in the past with equities because of the 4 day hold they put on shares. Not sure about tvix....will you be allowed to trade it the next day after split? LongGuy
