Guidance re: Realizing Loss on TV

For those who are still holding shares, any guidance on how to ensure that we can realize a capital loss? Do I need to sell OTC to realize the loss? If I hold off, see what happens in CCAA but wind up with nothing, is this a deemed disposition that would allow me to realize the capital loss? Any guidance, would be very much appreciated.

NO idea's  from this very LONG long term  shareholder ( Investor ) We "were"  a believer in TV a way back BUT now a death sentence is upon us  IMO PS:  Thank You for posting ..
