Lifeisgood

LifeisgoodHello Life , l can't tell you exactly when but it was for $2.25 a share made by Amar who is the probably the largest individual shareholder at least and definately the largest shareholder of DBM. The guy is a class act , totally transparent and fully invested in both companies. My suggestion is too ask Red_Deer for that information.Red has been a member of SH for 23 years , extremely intelligent and well informed and he does occasionally appear on TSL but l know that DBM is a very large holding in his multimillion dollar portfolio. That's the one and only reason l know about the takeover attempt .He also set me straight about Amars parentage as l thought he was Herb Doman a big deal in the  late 70 s and 80 s in BC. Amar is Herbs nephew and this industry runs in his blood .Besides the excellent DBM dividend would be a substantial raise to that that TSL pays it's shareholders. The Fit would be perfect for both sides and Amar is well known for keeping good mgmt of his acquisitions intact.Hope that helps.
