The Big Picture....

The Big Picture....
I believe that it is very important to look at all the possibilities when it comes to the Chester Property.

It is very easy to begin to focus on Cote Lake due to its exciting potential....but...we must remember that we will soon be mining!  The Cote Lake Discovery is years away from being developed, but we will most definitely see share price appreciation as they prove it up!

However, Chester 1 is on the move and if you had the opportunity to visit the Photo Gallery you would of noticed those shiny money making machines ready for action.

It is difficult to know for sure with simply a picture if they are brand new but if they are not they are damn close to being so.  The reason I highlighted the equipment is for a very good reason!  Throughout my career I have witnessed first hand, many gold mining start ups and believe me I know what to look for!  This operation is for real, it is not just getting pumped and then dumped!  They are digging in for the long haul and will not have to deal with equipment break downs which would lead to down time and lost production.  Yes, the operation is starting small but it is first class in my opinion.

For example, take a real close look at the pictures and focus on the layout and make up of the operation.  A lot of planning and personal touches by Greg Gibson without a doubt!  There is very much detail involved and everything has a place and is not just parked or placed in the first available space and in total disarray.  I know him as a no nonsense, hard working, individual who will be in the trenches with you if need be.  I have not met him in many years but I am sure he has not changed much.  Even the Chester 1 Mine Settling Pond demonstrates the focus of this Company and I like what I see!  The Settling Ponds function is to contain the water collected in the de-watering process and future mine water pumping which will allow them to let any foreign elements settle to the bottom and be  removed accordingly and also the water will not be released into the environment until the water is deamed safe by strict standards set out by the Government.  It has a simple function but if you take a good look their workmanship and design is first class.

Now, let us get back to production!  On page 18 of the Jennings Capital report you will notice anticipated MIning Costs at the Chester 1.  We are looking at about $147.00 per Tonne, which includes Haulage Costs of $12.00 per Tonne and Custom Milling costs of $34.00 per Tonne.  Yes....they will be shipping soon and guess what that means....cash flow!  Not only that....underground exploration...big time!  If you think that all they are going to find is what is on paper in historic work...then...may be think again!  Makuch is the Chairman of the Board and the Vice President of Exploration is from the Lake Shore Gang!  Talk about Gold Hounds!  This is going to be exciting as they do their work.

Some quick math....their initial production target is 250 Tonnes a day....Cost to Mine, Haul and MIll...$147.00 per Tonne...Gold at $1,200.00 per ounce....grade will be in the .20 ounces per ton range....works out to 50 ounces....$60,000.00 per day!  Cost $36,750.00!...Leaves...$23,250.00!  From that they can take out other costs associated with the daily operations among others.  Looks damn good!  This is amazing....the market is going to love this once they start to see real results....give them six good months and we will all be pleased!  Things are moving very quickly in terms of a start up and the market will soon discover this!

Digger144

P.S.  They will do a bulk sample first in order to determine actual grade and metallurgy.  If the
results are good and I am confident they will be...the market will reward the stock accordingly!
Action before reaching full production!  Stay Tuned!
