RE: A truer value of Augen’s lands

RE: A truer value of Augen’s landsExactly-----that's what I thought, and posted!!!
Interestingly---
A point that I think was missed is
That the offer for Augen is NOT for a fixed amount of cash.
GLD gets a PERCENTAGE number of shares in TRR.
Hence as the share price of TRR rises, and it is very quickly doing so,
in effect, by definition, so is the resultant  "compensation" that TRR
is actually buying them out for.
Therefore the share prices of GLD and STA (my choice)
should be rising accordingly----higher than the %age premium stated in the News Release!
AND
Am I wrong in thinking that ACTUALLY the deal is NOT DONE---ie. 100% done/agreed upon---
and hence the terms of the deal could yet still be increased?

WOW, I read here about the fact that the $ 5 dollar "barrier" was going to be rather tough to break,
and that it might take some time-----
BUT
Forget that!!!!  Now AND SO QUICKLY----it's the  $ 6 barrier---if  6 can be called that!!!
I think that technical chart analysis in such exploration stocks is pure worthless GARBAGE,
and an utter waste of time!

Way to go TRR----the true leader of the pack.

BARN BREATH

P.S.  I still chuckle about "Humpty Dumpty"----but hey the "wall upon he will asit" is getting much
higher-----folks it is obvious that when the fixing of him is done----"they" will need
A MUCH TALLER LADDER to get him up there on top!
