minority shareholders bamboozledA new control group has arrived and they have been given half of the company. In return, they do not appear to have given anything tangible in return. And,in addition they are allowing the Kirkland lake and Red Lake assets to languish. Additionally, a private placement was finalized at a price less than a placement just prior to takeover. Is that a good deal for other shareholders.
