As you can clearly see there is no room for a profit....the arbitrage trade is only a couple of pennies. How do you think they are going to make a profit? You are absolutely right! A higher offer! Love it! Digger144 P.S.  Have a wonderful weekend....I know I will!

Hey, if you are looking for a good Arbitrage Trade, check out UMJ. They've been taken over by NKL, the deal closes in about 6 weeks, and UMJ is still trading at about a 10% discount to the 25 to 1 takeover ratio. They've maintained this ratio since the offer was made, but with the deal closing in June, the discount should be disappearing any day now. PLUS I came across this post comparing ...more

Mr Digger ....there is clealy no downside to TRR, now. If you believe there will be a higher offer (and no one can deny the possibility) then the logical action would be to buy more ..... lots and lots more (at $3.28 or $3.29)!!!  There is zero (0) risk here; the worse case senarios is you make 1 or 2 pennies a share!  Those are pretty good odds!
