Discount to NAV @ -6% better than U equitiesU.UN is a far better investment than U equities regardless of the discount to NAV
Why? The -6% discount is still much narrower than it is for several U producers which trade at much steeper discount to fair value (according to sell side analysts)
Also, several operators may be running schemes to juice share price without any desire to move properties forward in development ~ mere "pump and dump" plays, and will leave many speculators bag holding in the not too distant future
IMO far better to own URNM or other ETFs with a diversified portfolio of sh*t cos than investing in individual sh*t cos
