- It can't get hammered in the futures market because it doesn't exist.
- People can't hoard it - only Governments and some companies can.
- Nuclear nations now are probably (or soon to be) on the bid just like China this last year. Everyone will want a stockpile.
- Producers likely soon to be on the bid to fill contract shorts
