Price targets,

what do they mean? Absolutly nothing, Quacks and his parrot posted a $1.15 target for UEX, never got anywhere near. Quacks and his parrot posted a price target of $7.00 for UEC.

The highest UEC has got in the last 10 years is $6.40. So what do price targets mean? Nothing, the pumpers use them to entice the gullible and naive investor out there.
