RE:TFSA BusinessI guess you're right. The case cited frequently is about a guy in Vancouver that day traded penny stocks. From 2009 to 2011 he took his $15 investment and turned it into $600k. They won't say how much activity is too much, but they'll take multiple factors into consideration and make a determination. Multiple trades buying and selling in the same day, spending a lot of time studying/investing etc etc...so I'm thinking 1-2 trades over a couple days would be under the radar (I hope).
