Rick Rule and a whole parade of "experts". Everyone should do themselves a favor and NOT LISTEN to them. They say whatever they want whenever they want and back it with dubious logic. 100% of what these people talk about falls under the domain of speculation, not investing. If you want to gamble, go ahead and listen to them
