Mangoe: What do you make of Adnani's recent stock

transactions?  Looks like he exercised 850k options, @ $1.10/sh. Fair enough.

But then 318k of those shares leave his account, @ $7.53/sh, with the transaction called: "38 - Redemption, retraction, cancellation, repurchase".  Sounds like UEC bought them back - and at a great (for Adnani) price.

All board members are allowed to buy & sell shares, whether or not future M&A  is coming down the pipeline, some UEX shareholders would criticize UEX CEO for selling & buying shares, then they were surprise with the merger deal with UEC, that rub salt in the wound  for a very small % of UEX shareholders.

Interesting opinion. I've never seen a case where the company buys back stock from the execs.  Have  you?
