30 Million dollar capex for the oxide resource , 20 Dollar costs/ton means about 25 Dollar cash flow / ton ( 1850 Dollar ). With the extreme low stip ratio even more . Means short payback and enough money to explore , and the approval for the big mine is much easier ! Cheers!

I agree, but this is all in a few months down the road! Also after exploitation permit is received there is an environmental feasibility study to be done. IMHO mining will not start until 2021!
