RE: late day pushThey only had to correct minor 'technical filing' issues. UNB was informed which parts didnt comply with specific regulations (see the NR for the exact regs they cited) and since UNB already had all the data they needed to correct the filing flaws it wouldnt take long to fix and refile knowing that the corrections would be accepted the 2nd time.
