palladn UNB should NOT = BLEI really wish you would stop saying that for the following reason. It isn't true. UNB is NOT = to BLE in so many ways:
1)UNB has many more projects and properties of far greater potential and value.
2)UNB is NOT having problems (that we know of, not yet anyways) with the local NIMBYs/eviromentalists as BLE has.
3)UNB is NOT yet promoted out the ying yang as BLE has been in Europe.
4)UNB does NOT have a well known mgmt team that has a proven track record of success at other companies.
The last one isnt a poke a UNB just another reason BLE is valued higher than it probably should be. That is basically my point, BLE is far OVERVALUED relative to the real value contained therin. So my objection to your UNB=BLE price is that BLE is too far overvalued and for the wrong reasons.
UNB may attain higher value on its merits but constantly comparing it to a much hyped and overvalued play does UNB a great disservice. I know you mean well, but it muddies the waters unnecessarily. Someday this year I believe, UNB price should far exeed BLE as we rise and they fall to more realistic values.
