RE: unb potential

RE: unb potentialBaySt, I misunderstood your 'cash machine' comments then. I was referring to the promise of UNB funding future development with the income we were hoping to get from doing BB fast and cheap without the comprehensive 43-101 which we await etc. Even so, a double from here is nice but not the big gain (5-10 bagger) I am looking for based on the quality of the properties. The hope last fall was that BB was going to be a 'cash machine' with a monthly cash flow, funding development without the need of future financing and dilution. That potential is still a possiblity but as I hope I implied, Duncan is working to build the company the 'right' way now. Once Bruce learns to 'pad' the deadlines properly, that is to add at least a month to the dates the geo's and other report writers give him, the targets will be achieved closer to on time. That would be a big step. And although I wish UNB would focus more on CS, advancing BB first was probably the best route to take. So if I was a little harsh, even on Bruce and unrealized expections, I am still very long and strong. And awaiting an even better 2007.
