Insider info for Sage.. ...after pissing away $1000's in unrecoverable legal fees...On Friday February 6, 2004 the mental giants purportedly uh "managing" Golden Arch managed to snatch defeat from the jaws of victory. The judge reamed out the lawyer in a way seldom ever seen.
BTW Sage Golden Arch is drilling. I believe according to BC Law UNB investors have derivative rights that Mike England cannot trade away for a song. And, if Golden Arch managment do find a mine, ( which they found using our $$$$) we can go after it ( and the directors of both UNB and Golden Arch) . Let's hope the Arch drilling hits something really big.
