RE: Why the price does not respond to news?I agree with your anylasis of the news, but I think there is still a wait and see attitude of many investors about which way this U market might break, and when that will happen.
With the spot price soft and the hedgefunds realing with the subprime fiasco it is possible we could continue to flounder a bit longer.
I do think even though some potential investors have not yet jumped in, they are noting all of these small positive news releases and will value them when we start to move up again.
Sediment on U stocks has to change and it could happen without an obvious signal.
