RE:Uranerz take over by EFR
As an EFR shareholder, I certainly hope that the deal fails. Pre-deal EFR book value/shr of $8.42 falls to $3.49 post-deal!! A theoretical post-deal EFR share price of $6.14 reflects the same loss of capital value, and it has fallen even further than that. EFR shareholders used to own 100% of $143M, and now own only 45% of $253M. Where's the value in that? The shareholders that should be demanding an 'investigation' should be EFR rather than URZ, whose shareholders end up with 55% of the combined market value of $271M (based on share prices 2 Jan, 2015). On a NAV basis URZ shareholdrs go from -$0.08 per share to $3.49. I wish I was on the URZ side of this deal rather than EFR! Mr. Anthony has some explaining to do.
