Is 3 to 7 times speedup on an annual basis, which accounts for all setup and maintenance time? I.e., 3 to 7 times as many tons are produced over the course of an entire year?

The slides and Ryan's speaking was just the usual vague talk, hence my question. The slides sais "up to 3 to 7 times speedup".  And Ryan actualy added something like "and even as much as 10 times" (maybe not his exact wording). If that doesn't address your question, please spell it out more clearly.
