On the 30 minute or 1h looks like a nice uptrend from it's bottom sept 9...for what it's worth. Needs to break $17 if technicals can make any sense here. Observations is all I'm doing. tvix back to $15.50 now...range bound? higher? lower? glta. LongGuy
