Fair value for AAG = .48$ ?Was reading an analyst report on AAG yesterday... It said that AAG at .17 was not just undervalued but extremely undervalued... It stated that .48 $ was fair value and I assume that they meant a fair value at 22$ silver... Believe this or don't believe it... I think the fair value might be a lot higher...I think the market has oversold this stock. Is there political risk here? Yes, but I think that it is less than people think...
VZLA has around 200 million ounces of silver just like AAG does but it's market value is at close to 300 million $cdn...AAG market value is at only 35 million $ cdn..
VZLA does have about 1 million ounces of gold but AAG has 800 million pounds of copper and millions of pounds of manganese...
VZLA is operating in Mexico whereas AAG is operating in Peru and Chile..
What value should AAG have if VZLA is 300 million $$$???
