Mexico now owns the lithium. They could pay a dollar if need be to satisfy offer/consideration seizure statue (no acceptance required). You really think some sub 5 million market cap foreign co. can prevail in court? Or that Canada will ride in to the rescue? Mexico could say 'thanks but we'll pass' on the process and property. What then can AALI do? They have no leverage as they have no assets that are marketable. Nationalizing an industry is massive and taking on a Nation in the courts is pure folly. With what money? Face it, unless this process spins yarn into gold it is over and even then Advance doesn't even own it.
