I am 74 and i have no guaranty as to the amount of years i have left and yes i could sell a part of my holding either to buy in private placement or .
In 2020 i sold 408k shares and bought 1.1m shares . So if buying or selling makes a difference in share price i must have contributed to increase the share price or maintain it's price.
As to cheap warrants at the time of distribution in 2019 (oct-nov) Look at the share price in 2020 and then decide if those were cheap warrants given to me and realize that all the private placement and warrants exersized by participant was money added to ABI bank account to continue advancing all projects.
If it had not been private placement it would have been public placement and the price would have been nagociated at a much lower price.
The share price is not controlled by a person selling 0.2% of the outstanding shares.
The share price is controlled by bashers that are constantly complaining and posting negative comments.
There are no sellers (no large share holders and insiders selling and the buyers are investors or speculators trying to buy way below the real value trying to make a penny ) .
I hope Mr JTDOUBLE that it clarifies your concerns.
If it doesn't please do not invest your retirement money on what Fernand could do in the future.
