RE:Shares buyout

RE:Shares buyout   Fbedard29.  Do you honestly believe that it is the role of this Stockhouse forum to do the  promotion for Abcourt Mines? If it were as easy as that, then I guess that Dany would be out of a job!

This forum is a meeting place of shareholders who may wish to share their point of view. We may indeed congratuate management when they achieve excellence in their efforts.

But it is also has a valuable purpose in pointing out when they demonstrate deficiencies in their approach to the investment community. This is especially true if their mistakes are continuously made in a consistent manner. Perhaps, there are better ways of getting their message out to the investment community.

Dany mentioned to me that a company newsletter will accompany the new website.  The newsletter would be complementary to the press releases that the company ordinarily releases.

https://abcourt.ca/en/

It would have to contain useful information that could help potential and present day investors make better buy and/or sell decisions.

To be left anywhere in the dark, from an investors point of view is not a good place to live!

One of the most offensive mistakes that this company has made is to post the most essential of information about the company financials and managment discussions, on Sedar, only in French. This is simply not acceptable! And a partial synopsis of those details in English is really not sufficient. Many want to know much more!

I believe that Renaud Hinse may be directly responsible for this kind of on going decision making. He may believe that details are not important matters to share. But why shouldn't all of his company shareholders be equally informed.

For example, where are the drilling results?

Can you see how this inconsiderate approach to the investment community makes many people angry and only serves to drive a wedge between management and many of its shareholders? Can you see that this approach might be considered an arrogant manoeuver?

Not to detract from his past mining achievements, many just do not like this man's apparent indifference to other owners of this company besides those sitting on the Board of Directors. We all have a share of the pie, however small, and deserve to be equally informed and respected!

Certainly, Renaud Hinse is an accomplished miner and his relative success has been amply demonstrated. Yet he can do better! But he must manifest a real desire to do so!

He must sincerely commit to promote Abcourt's successes in the best possible light. And he must not try to keep the company's failures buried deep in the shadows.

Sometimes success takes much longer than one first hopes. This is not unusual. But every shareholder has the right to know the reasons why.

Why hasn't Renaud Hinse already got a successor in place? Does he really think that only he can do the job?

Has not the company been interviewing candidates for a considerable length of time already?

Has something now changed in this company strategy?

Does Renaud Hinse now plan to promote a candidate somewhere from the ranks within? Why would he choose to make such a move?

Would this better benefit all company shareholders? Certainly there may be a possible candidate, already employed, and presently upgrading his Engineering status in the province of Quebec. That might not be such a hard thing to do, on a part time basis, by the right individual.

Such a job promotion given to a reliable industrious and successful candidate might be beneficial to the company and all of its shareholder base. But shouldn't shareholders be kept abreast of the plans?

All they have said is that the company plans to promote from within. Does that include the new CEO as well? Is that why Renaud Hinse is sticking around, just a little longer? Has someone special, caught the eye of the master of extraction?

The full company picture now needs to be amply demonstrated and the all the plans for the future, well laid bare! When change is deemed necessary, we need to know the reason why. Personally I like hearing the details. Perhaps a company newsletter could help!

Sure, management and the BOD could probably privatize this public company on the cheap. Perhaps this could be done, even at the present day trading price, depending upon how long it stays at these levels.

And possibly you, Fbedard, might be also be one of the best beneficiaries of such a devious and self-serving scheme. But is this really the plan? Is Renaud Hinse, really such a villain?

When this kind of takeover happens, the minority shareholders often lose out. Why would you expect that the minority shareholders would be offered a premium to the present day share price? Why do you think that the majority shareholders might be so generous? Would you? I doubt it!

I do agree that it would be better if the members of this forum were more accepting of the others right to express their opinion. So should you!

Everyone has a right to share. And all have an equal right to post! And we are not all being paid handsomely, as company spokepersons, as some misguided posters, might wrongfully suggest.

We all have the right to disagree!

                                                       All the best! Java
