Abcourt Newsletter/Bilingual/NSR?

Abcourt Newsletter/Bilingual/NSR?  It appears that the newletter will be bilingual. This is good start! And all had better sign up!

But like many are saying, the right answers must come. The company must appear to be operating completely transparently and ethically to all shareholders.

However, I am deeply troubled by some of the ethical and legal questions that have been raised today about the ownership and the timing of the purchase of the Elder NSR. This is a serious matter that Abcourt management will have to address to the satisfaction of all shareholders.

All persons are innocent until proven guilty of any potential offense. That would be a matter for the courts to decide. No one should be tried and convicted outside of a court of law!

However, anyone who continues to libel someone in Abcourt's management had better get on with their litigation or they may well expect something similar in return.

However, when a public company is involved in this kind of ethical controversy, the company should respond and in a most timely way.

It would appear unseemly to the investment community, not to respond.

It could also have a negative impact upon the share price! So they should!

I am not a lawyer, but perhaps the lack of a response might be considered like an admission of guilt?

It does take guts to bring forth such an accusation in a public forum such as Stockhouse. This is especially true for someone, so willingly to acknowledge his real name, and for all to see!

Anyone who does take such a chance, must really be firmly convinced of his facts!

Hopefully, most of the other questions that have been recently raised by other shareholders including myself will also be addressed.

But many of these questions have been pondered and posed before on this forum.

Now that Abcourt's management will soon be made, fully aware of our concerns (via Dany Abcourt's Investment Representative who is now monitoring all social media platforms), perhaps this time, these questions will now be more properly addressed?

Apparently, some of the answers may come in the form of a newsletter.

Regarding the ownership of the Abcourt NSR, in my mind, it still belongs to the Hinse family until it is proven otherwise.

However, on behalf of most shareholders, good luck with your litigation!

You will be praised if you are proved to be right!

Please share your findings, if you are still willing to do so.

                                                               All the best! Java
