IMO Renaud and his children greed regarding NSR on Elder would explain their motivation to control all of nothing rather than being part of something really big, because in merger or acquisition scenario involving ABI, Renaud and his children would have to open ABI books to outside scrutiny. I am unaware of any other publicly traded mining company in or outside Canada with such blatent c suite self dealing and outright theft that your investigation has uncovered.
