You should go back a day and read what i posted on NSR.
As far as i know Mr Hinse co own's only the 2 % NSR on Elder and that contract is good for the life of the mine and was acquired privately by Mr Hinse around year 2000.
The beauty of the NSR is that it is calculated before all expenses.
So if Elder produces 13500 oz x 2%= 270 oz for that year x $2250ca per oz = $607,500 for the year. Elder mine could produce at a lost and Mr Hinse will still get the same royalty.
You all have the option of searching who own all the others Royalty and make them an offer to purchase those NSR.
One could enquire who own's the 1% and 2% on Tagami ans offer to buy before it is put in production.That would let you understand haw NSR works.
