Many good reasons for ABI/PRO marriage...No idea why a few fail to see the advantages for both ABI and PRO. The shares issued will bring assets for our mill to process, added experience to BoD, other great assets to explore/exploit or do deal's with, more visibility to investors/analysts esp in Quebec, wider shareholder base...etc..
This is a beginning to 'the new ABI', the unlocking of the value we all recognize......and, lucky PRO holders, the deal also will unlock the value in their assets, and they, like us, have been waiting a very long time.
It's time to move forward.
