They were all 2% except for claim 4136472 which was 2% + 1%. All royalties were from the 10th level and up and were only on certain claims of the mine. 

This is from your older postings...could you share more insight...I found this interesting and not the first time I  read this information....

it would suggest...a very interesting...pathway to the royalities....payments past and future? 
at what levels is the ore today being mined and if so ??? is the future gold royality free in the future as new levels are developed? This could be a game changer? Maybe....

Hi Old Mariner do you mean Royalty of OMH at Eleder Mine regards only level 10th and up? If proven this woulf allow the new direction to ask a pay back on production lebel 11th 12th and lower.

Good morning Pilgram! Actually I was quoting from an earlier post from Simplycunck. I have asked him if he could expand or clearify his earlier post.........long ago I remember a similar posting of the royalities were level sensitive ...but frankly we would need proof to better understand what this really means?  Simplycancuck used the term... in his research...maybe he knows more insight

Sorry about taking so long to reply  I found on sedar feb. 12 2012 PEA page 27 which claims Deconchib purchased,and May 9 page 10 basically the same info (also found interesting drill results on page 32 of same report)  Then Oct 31 2018 Update of Elder recources  on page 16 item 4.3 a better description of nsrs which shows I was incorrect. some of the royalties are payable down to

Thank-you for sharing the information.   I would suggest we all need further clarity to this very important....question. I would also suggest....the whole issue is very gray and has been for a very long time.  The big question...why?
