Correct me Mr.Bdard, but Renaud Hinse, Dcochib and Mestrallet added a lot of shares in may 2022 and, according to some Websites, the  insiders now have 51% of the shares.  So they probably have agreed on the merger and no vote in necessary.

I don't know why, but the first 3 did not buy shares at .065 in july however.  One more concern?

Hi Puffertime  I think that 66% of the vote is usually needed .That is what is needed for Pershimex. I think that if a shareholder reaches 20% of the co there are new rules that applies. I know that the goal was to stay under 20% . Mr Hinse lost the NSR revenu from Elder when Mr Hamelin decided to close Elder and that would leave less funding for new share aquisition by Mr Hinse..
