Anyone got any info on the proposed Merger with V.PRO

Fernand, the NSR makes some sense if we're moving ahead on SG....however, if we decide to sell the whole shebang to a larger gold miner, that NSR will cost us big money, because the buyback terms are such a joke. Current PRO sp suggests they won't join us.....interesting. Anyway, I'm hugely confused, thought Pascal said we needed 15 million to start SG....did i get that wrong.... is

Hi Tannin The feeling that i got from different source is that the merger will be done. PRO management own +- 50% and have already committed to the merger . All that is needed is to get 66% voted for the merger and that would only require 16% of the 50% left. Don't count on the stock price of PRO at 0.03 and ABI at 0.045 to be a factor. The share price of both co can be manipulated to make the

Thanks for your post Fernand, was concerned re pro. Am guessing that, while Pascal has mentioned his 'ideal' capex to move forward on SG, he has a plan B,  fewer dollars, and that's where we're heading..... including Courville ore profits.  SG has great grades, and no transportation.....
