But now i couldn't  check that box anymore. and with the share price today so low the $1m boxe was also impossible to check..
None off the other boxes applied to me.

I got a response from Abcourt that by being a longtime and large shareholder i could qualify. 
So today i sent the fund and  mailed in the conviention subscription''

Hi please don't rely on my post to guide you or let you know if you qualify. Send your request to management and you should get the right answer. I do not think that they have $5m already committed by large share holders and i think they are eager to let any present share holder participate. Fernand

No share holders should be too small to get management attention. I am certain that management needs  the money and are willing to let any present share holders participate. Rules only apply to large company. And i am certain that management are looking for small holders to support their decisions. I started by sending a request to participate 10 years ago. Fernand

You are right Fernand  The company needs money to drive it to the success Look at what happens to Monarch, TML and such looking like small company It is obious to see Mr Mestrallet wants not to lose the money he invested in Abcourt therefore he draws conclusions from the reluctance of the market towards small mines and decides to fill the financing need himself I will subscribe to this

Yes i am subscribing ,so is my brother and my son. We may be wrong and could lose  but i have to continue with my conviction that Abcourt will succeed and that someday i will be a winner. As to what i have posted in the past that might have been wrong but at the time it was my  conviction that prevailed. I might stop posting if it is a problem to some of you that take my post too

I was trying to limit my posting but: Yes you could buy a few shares on the public market at 0.05c but that doesn't help Abcourt with the financing. If possible we should all try to help with the financing. Fernand

Effectively we are now certain that Sleeping Giant will succeed in achieving at least the production announced in the PEA The only unknown is when? And the accelerator pedal to accelerate this return is the importance of financing. It is the reason Fernand words are of good faith and why I have decided to subscribe this time better than buying shares on the market.
