Financing canceled - Perhaps a lower one now?

Financing canceled - Perhaps a lower one now? They did this before - canceled and then released a new financing for more as it went up - just at the beginning of this month. Announced on 12/28 to 1.25 million units at .50 with one share and one .63 warrant. Then a few days later they canceled it and decided to do 2.5 million units at .58 with .72 warrant. Now they cancel again - possibly they found that was too much of a premium to market and are preparing to reduce the strike price on the warrant, share or both. Just a guess. If so, that means those getting in on it may sell out their current shares and those with stops (mental or real) are jumping off until they get a better direction. Just my opinion, if so, we can probably expect a bit more downside, especially if we drop a few more cents as that will likely trigger more stops.
