Chops are tasty when done right. They are similar to chicken breasts, tough on the grill without overdoing them. My secret porksteak recipe is a light coat of mustard on both sides (sounds weird) solid dusting of onion powder, garlic powder, light chili powder, and steak seasoning on both sides. Mutilate them with a fork and bbq with a little hickory on the cold side of the grill. MMMMM B-Donn style.
