It also has a 100 % interest in Forrest Kerr Gold Project, which is located in the heart of the Golden Triangle in northwestern British Columbia, Canada. Forrest Kerr Gold Project covers approximately 23,397 hectares. Its exploration activity at Forrest Kerr is focused on two primary zones: the North Boundary zone, which runs parallel to the Nelson Creek Fault zone, and the South Boundary zone, which runs parallel to the Benchlands Fault zone.

RE:RE:1 share for every 600 shares since March 2014, under 9 yearsAbenite:   You may have made the right call by getting out today.  There was no reason to announce a future share consolidation if they weren't announcing a fund raise at the same time, which could help mitigate a post consolidation price drop.  A share consolidation by itself doesn't help in paying the bills or with any other expenditure.  

So they got two new properties last year they couldn't afford to explore, instead of sitting tight and waiting for the price of gold to rise and in the mean time bring in a consultant (like Ron N) to help analyze Forrest Kerr data and data from nearly explorers to create a future drill program, and here we are.   

I'm done venting.  Anyone else?
