does that mean (his acquiring these additional shares) there's a ray of hope for this seemingly hopeless stock or should we not be that optimistic? Is there even a business model here behind the name?

It's a 'shell' which by definition means it exits only to drift around on the exchange and yes there is no active business of any description to worry about. We are waiting to see if this is a viable RTO candidate undertaken by the usual cast of characters. Thin I know but you have waited this long. GL !
