The Company is engaged in the business of diamond exploration in the NWT of Canada. The Company’s exploration projects include Buffer Zone Project, WO Block Project and Monument Diamond Project. The Company owns 100% interest covering approximately 200,000 acres of mineral leases in the western Buffer Zone, as well as interests in other diamond exploration properties in the area. The Company has an approximate 17.57% working interest in mineral claims known as the WO Block Project, which is situated in Lac de Gras area. The Monument Property is situated in the Lac de Gras area.

That would be a better question for Archon than myself. There were a number of Changes to the ownership %'s that apply. My issue would be with the historical revenues that the company did not receive more-so than the future ones.
