This page was refreshed: https://www.appliedmaterials.com/us/en/applied-ventures.html

And BTI Imaging is still listed as an investment.

ACU has a BTI link to their homepage

Is there a possibility that Applied Venture is still invested somehow?

The acquisition had a private placement tied to it. Which also has warrants.

During the last investor call Mr. Deans insisted" We  don't need two CEOs", " I'm staying as a CEO" A few months later he "retires". Who driving that? ACU has not sold much in a while (DM's or Insight) and BTI is their ticket to revenue, Why would BTI agree to be acquired at that price?

More and more this looks like an RTO. While Mr. Dodd is accomplished, does he have the scientific expertise to be running ACU and BTI? Maybe its not needed but let's see if this an interim role.

Also the corporate presentation is one year old. Come on.

interesting, maybe a rto. Whichever, before it, we had a future, but no 'present', now we have both. Like the 'future' acu aiming at, possibly very nearly achieved.....wonder what the 'China' factor will mean...
